Joint Services Open House 2010

Every year Andrews Air Force Base hosts the Joint Services Open House. Every year I go. This year is different however, as I've invited some 200 friends to come and urged that they bring their friends and family. I feel like this show is a life experience for civilians who rarely have contact with the military and for those who haven't or don't often get to go to an airshow. I think many people are going to find an excitement they didn't know was there when they see the Blue Angels up close.

Additionally, to anyone who is reading this and hasn't been invited- consider this your offical invitation. The group I am meeting up with meets at the Green Belt Metro Station just north of Washington, D.C. at 9:00am. From there we take the Metro down to the Branch Ave Metro Station where the show has Buses that will take groups onto Andrews Air Force Base, and right into the show area.

Hope to see a lot of you there!
